Turkish Statistical Institute, or TurkStat, has announced household labor force for June. According to TurkStat unemployment in June rose to 9.1 percent from 8.8 percent in May. The unemployment rate for women in Turkey reached 10.9 percent and men 8.3 percent. Meanwhile, nonagricultural unemployment for June was recorded at 11.1 percent.
