15.Işık Sigorta General Manager Recep Koçak: Agencies sell more policy but earnd less commision.
Recep Koçak expressing the complaints of agencies, compared to last year, even they sell more policy their income is under the last year’s income. Koçak states that in 2010 it will remember as a year of profitability declined and competition was at the top point.

American giant insurance company AIG will sell its shares which is in Taiwan Nan Shan Life Insurance Company to Ruentex Group, for paying 180 billion dollars help provided by the US government.

21. Ray Sigorta’s aim is 20 percent of growth
General Manager Levent Şişmanoğlu: in 2011 Ray Sigorta will grow 20 percent. We will continue into Transport, fire, engineering branches.In 2011 we are planning to sell 100 thousand kasko, 200 thousan traffic, 100 thousan housing and 30 thousand small business policy.

22. SAB’s goal is creating a project for all sectors
SAB President Ayşe Kılıç, according to the decisions they have taken in the last Turkey Summit,the aim is “the process of the sectoral intesration, creare a model for all sectors”. She said they are planning to work together with all sector and continue to work in harmony.

23. The mortality tables will change the mathematics of life insurance and BES
The sector has determined the countries which are similar to Turkey  in terms of population structure, by using mortality tables and determine the premiums, even it is late they gained the national mortality tables. Tables will effect life and pension companies’ calculations.

24. Price competition did not help to bring profit
TSRŞB Geneleral Secretary Erhan Tunçay stated that Insurance companies’ technical profits decrease has come out because of the imbalance in Premium rate and price competition. Also noted applications about tecnical complication effected this table.
