Yapi Kredi Bank said its board chairman Tayfun Bayazit, who had been holding this position for more than two years, had resigned and he would be replaced by Mustafa Koc, chief executive officer of Koc Holding. The bank made the statement on the Istanbul Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
