Turkey Promoted in New York Times Travel Show

Several Turkish tourism companies attended the New York Times Travel Show, one of the most important travel shows in the United States.



 


Nearly 500 firms from 100 countries participated in this year's show at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Centre.
 
Besides the Turkish Tourism and Promotion Office in New York, the Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture Agency, the Turkish Airlines (THY), the Pacha Tours, the Troy Tours, the Key Tours,  the Magic Carpet Traveller are some of the Turkish companies took part in the show.


A seminar was held during the show about Istanbul's being European capital of culture in 2010.
