| In a written statement on Thursday the company announced the number of passengers that flew with THY in 2010 totaled 29.1 million. The company also posted TL 286 million ($183.8 million) in net profit in 2010, the statement read. The company’s net sales revenue reached TL 8.4 billion in 2010, a 20 percent rise over a year before. Further adding to the positive figures, THY’s occupancy rate increased by 2.8 points in the given period. The company carried 314,000 tons of cargo, posting a 32 percent increase over 2009.
