Turkey and Russia will soon be establishing a red telephone line between the nations to be used by both tourists and businessmen.
Turkish Airlines to buy 50 pct of LOT
Economy Minister Zafer Çağlayan said yesterday that Turkish Airlines would be acquiring a 50 percent stake in Poland’s LOT Airlines. However, the technical talks were still continuing, Cağlayan also said during a business meeting in Warsaw.
Lagarde urges cautious growth

Turkey´s annual inflation rose to 11.14 percent in April after holding steady at 10.43 percent for two months, the national statistics office said today.
Energy stock exchange will not be arm of İMKB
An energy bourse will soon be established as an independent entity in Turkey, which needs, by some estimates, $10 billion of investments in the energy sector every year, according to sources. The energy bourse will not operate under the umbrella of the Istanbul Stock Exchange (İMKB), but the state will partner it, sources said.
