| Groupama will take over the company’s approximately 24,000 health insurance policies, THY said in a written statement released early yesterday through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) of the İstanbul Stock Exchange (İMKB). The carrier had previously signed a deal with Anadolu Sigorta to issue insurance policies to its employees as of Jan. 1 of last year. However, 17 months prior to the contact expiry, Anadolu Sigorta announced that it had officially withdrawn from the contract. THY put the contract out to bid, with Groupama Sigorta emerging victorious, the statement read. |
