Bridges and highways making bank

The revenue acquired from Turkey’s toll bridges and highways in the tenth month of the year has reached 617,974,211 liras.



 


According to data from the Highways General Directorate, during the month of October, 30,685,434 vehicles used the nation's bridges and highways. The revenue acquired from the toll booth crossings is 64,958,807 liras.
In October alone, 13,365,262 vehicles crossed over the Boğaziçi and Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridges, raking in 19,255,446 liras. Also in October, 17,320,172 vehicles left 45,703,361 liras in their wake of passing through tollbooths on the nation's highways.
