Turkey's agricultural exports rose by 282 percent to 15.3 billion U.S. dollars in the past decade.
A statement by the Turkish Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock said on Friday that the country's agricultural exports which had been 4 billion U.S. dollars in 2002 reached 15.3 billion USD in 2011.
Turkey's exports of agricultural products rose by 7.9 percent to 9.4 billion U.S. dollars between January and August 2012 when compared to the same period of last year.
